The hotel endeavours to ensure that the information published on the website is accurate and up to date, including the rates and availability displayed by the booking engine at the time of consultation. It cannot be held liable for errors or omissions, for the temporary unavailability of the website, or for any damage resulting from access to the website or from the use of its content. Links to third-party websites are provided for information only; the hotel has no control over these websites and accepts no liability for their content.

6. Personal data

Personal data collected on the website (contact form, online booking, newsletter subscription) is processed by Hôtel Vendôme Saint Germain, as data controller, to handle requests, bookings and stays, invoicing, customer relationship follow-up and, with your consent, the sending of news and offers. It is intended for the hotel's departments and for its technical service providers involved in booking, hotel management, payment and the sending of communications, within the limits of their assignments. It is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes pursued and to meet legal obligations.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to give instructions regarding its use after your death. You may exercise these rights by writing to contact@hotelvsg.com or by post to the registered office address, with proof of identity. 7. Online bookings

Bookings made on the website are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, available on the page of the same name and accepted by the customer before confirming the booking. In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has no right of withdrawal for accommodation services provided on a specific date.

8. Mediation and disputes

After contacting the hotel's customer service (contact@hotelvsg.com or 8 rue d'Arras, 75005 Paris), and failing a satisfactory reply within one month, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman (Médiateur du Tourisme et du Voyage), whose contact details and referral procedure are available at www.mtv.travel.
